Mevis & Van Deursen
Mevis & Van Deursen is a Dutch graphic design studio based in Amsterdam, largely considered to be one of the most renowned graphic design studios of the Netherlands.〔(Kritiek op logo Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam )〕 The office was founded in 1987 by Armand Mevis and Linda van Deursen. Mevis (1963, Oirsbeek) studied from 1981 to 1982 at the Academy of Art and Design St. Joost in Breda, and graduated in 1986 from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie, where he earned his BA. van Deursen (1961, Aardenburg) studied from 1981 to 1982 at the Academy of Graphic Arts in Tilburg, and then from 1982 to 1986 at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, where she earned her BA.
